Who is Responsible?

When you work with cloud providers, the cloud providers are responsible for the infrastructure (IaaS), and you as the client are responsible for configuring and maintaining it. Many clients address their responsibility by utilizing their own in house Systems Operations (SysOps) or Development Operations (DevOps) teams. Vivio is unique in that we provide additional SysOps support that can take the place of, or work along-side a client's own SysOps or DevOps teams. By augmenting the abilities of your own teams with Vivio's SysOps Support, you can drastically reduce the time and effort it takes to manage your responsibilities.
