At Vivio Technologies, there are two kinds of support services:
Standard Support and Premium Support. Standard Support is
included with every kind of hosting account we offer, and
covers the basics that you'd normally expect a hosting company
to offer. Premium Support is for those occasions when you
need expert technical assistance with an unconventional problem.
Standard Support Services
As a Vivio Technologies Shared Hosting customer,
you are entitled to unlimited email support regarding almost
every aspect of your hosting account. We can also do backup
restorations of your site if you need it. Simply send us an
email at the following address and we'll do everything we
can to help:
As a Vivio Technologies VPS or Dedicated
Server customer, you also receive standard server
support services (Valued over $700!) included with your hosting
account. These services include the following:
- Server
reboots
- Server
monitoring
- Server
upgrade/add-on consultation
- Verifying
cable connections
- Watching
and reporting indicator lights or console information
- Power
cycling of physical equipment (Dedicated Servers Only)
- Primary
and Secondary DNS entries on our DNS servers
- Assistance
in diagnosing hardware and/or OS failures
Additional
support is provided at our discretion.
Premium Support Services
Vivio Technologies also offers Premium Support Services to
companies or individuals who want it. Our Premium Support
Services include, but are not limited to the following:
- Software
installation and configuration
- Software
troubleshooting
- Installation
of custom hardware
- Application
development and support
- Application
training and support
- Hardware
failure testing and diagnosis
- Software
failure testing and diagnosis

You do NOT have to be a Vivio Technologies hosting customer
to purchase Premium Support.
If you do not use your support hours in one month, unused
time will be rolled over for an additional month. All support
incidents must be pre-paid and come with no guarantees of
any kind. Vivio Technologies reserves the right to decline
support if we feel we are unable to deliver your desired results.
