Vivio Technologies uses a simple, 5-step approach to web development:

Project Definition
At this point we usually meet with you either by phone or in person and talk about
your idea for the project. We will try to "share the vision" with you. Once we understand
what you're wanting to do, we draw up a feature list, and we provide you with
an estimate.

Vivio Development
Once the particulars have been agreed upon Vivio will do what it does best: development.
We will proceed with the development or design process and once we get to a stopping point,
we will contact you for input on what we've done so far.

Customer Feedback
You will now have the opportunity to review your project and let us know if we're heading
in the right direction with your project or not. We only ask that you be brutally honest
with us at this point. We want you to be completely satisfied with your project and if
you're not completely honest with us we can't do our job right! We've been doing this for
a long time and we can take constructive criticism well.

Revision
Once you've told us what you like or don't like about what we've done so far, we then take
those comments as well as a few of our own thoughts and implement them into another iteration.
Once we've come to a stopping point, we submit the project to you for feedback again. This process
is repeated for however many times as is necessary until you are completely satisfied.

Final Delivery
Once you're satisfied, we then tie up any lose ends, and release the project to you. Unlike many
development companies, we give you complete access to any source code we may have developed for
you, we give you access to the origional PSD files and FLA files, and we release the code we
wrote for you under a mutually exclusive license - which means you can now do whatever you need
to do with the code - as long as Vivio still has the freedom to do whatever it needs to do with
the code as well.
